About Mezan
Mechanical and civil scopes delivered under one contract, by supervised crews, across Saudi Arabia.
Mezan International Contracting Company is a general contracting firm based in Saudi Arabia. We work as a subcontractor and service partner to main contractors, plant operators and developers across the industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors.
Our work covers two core disciplines. On the mechanical side we fabricate and erect piping, structural steel, HVAC, chilled water and fire fighting systems. On the civil side we execute foundations, reinforced concrete structures, equipment bases and site development. Both are available under a single contract, which removes an interface between trades and keeps one party accountable for the work front.
Alongside execution we supply manpower on a rental basis, arrange heavy equipment, and provide transportation and travel support for mobilising personnel.

To execute mechanical and civil scopes safely, to specification and on programme, and to give clients a subcontractor who can be relied on to close out a work front without supervision from their own team.
To be a standing subcontractor of choice for industrial projects in Saudi Arabia — known for certified trades, honest progress reporting and work that passes inspection the first time.
Safety before schedule. Accurate reporting over favourable reporting. Certified people on certified work. Contracts honoured as written, and variations raised in writing before the work is done.
Personnel are supplied on a rental basis or deployed under our own supervisors. Certification and site inductions are verified before mobilisation.
Safety & quality
“We would rather lose a day to a stopped job than hand over work that fails inspection.”
Safety governs how a work front is planned, not how it is reviewed afterwards. Before mobilisation we confirm that personnel hold current trade certification and the site inductions required by the client, and that the equipment arriving on site carries valid third-party inspection. Toolbox talks, permit-to-work compliance and task-specific risk assessment are standard on every scope, and our supervisors have the authority to stop work.
Quality is managed the same way. Fit-up, welding, reinforcement and formwork are offered for inspection at the hold points named in the contract, and we do not proceed past a hold point without a signed release. Where a scope requires it, we work to the client’s inspection and test plan and provide the documentation package at handover.
