Mechanical Scope of Work
We execute the complete mechanical scope on industrial and commercial projects, from shop fabrication through to site erection and handover. Work is carried out to approved drawings, project specifications and the agreed bill of quantities.

- Alignment, fit-up, tack welding and welding to approved drawings and specifications.

- Installation, alignment and erection of pipelines at designated locations.

- Shop and site spool fabrication, installation, alignment, erection, supports and associated works.

- Fabrication, assembly, installation, alignment and erection of structural steel to approved drawings.
- General Mechanical Works
- Manpower, tools, equipment and supervision for safe, efficient execution per the agreed scope and BOQ.
HVAC, Fire Fighting, Chiller & Cladding
We deliver mechanical building services as a single package: ductwork, chilled water systems, chiller installation, fire fighting networks and the insulation and cladding that finishes them. Testing and commissioning support is included in every scope.

- Site and workshop fabrication, supports, structural works and full mechanical execution.
Executed by experienced supervisors, technicians, welders, pipe fitters and ductmen working safely and efficiently.
Civil Subcontracting & Concrete Works
Our civil division covers concrete works, foundations, civil structures, equipment foundations, excavation, paving and asphalt. We work as a subcontractor to main contractors and directly for plant operators.

- Finishing
- Leveling, surface finishing and curing.
Executed by civil supervisors, foremen, steel fixers, carpenters, masons and concrete workers.
Manpower Supply & Rental
We supply skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower to industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Personnel can work under our own supervisors or integrate directly into your site organisation.

Heavy Equipment Rental
We arrange cranes, buses, trailers, heavy vehicles and other equipment to suit the requirements of the project, for single lifts or for the full duration of a contract.
